Hand built stoneware deep bowl with matt glaze finish. These incredible pieces come in chalk white with blocks of coal and tobacco glaze. Made on the east coast of Spain, working under the name Asterisque, Estefania’s way of working is to make each piece completely by hand, without molds or a wheel, usually applying different textures and then experimental glazes that she prepares herself. Makers mark on the base.
