Shipping. We now post globally as well as within the UK. All parcels and postage are calculated on weight + size. Outside the UK postage is based on the world Zone of the delivery address. Unfortunately we can not reach out to the USA + Canada + Mexico, sorry people from across the pond! For overseas orders the customer is responsible for any import duties and custom fees incurred.
Delivery. For all deliveries in the UK we use Royal Mail 2nd class service 3 - 5 working days. Where ever possible we will combine postage on numerous purchases, so just the one postage fee is charged at £4.00 ( small parcel size ) upwards dependant on weight + size, ( charges change from 1K weight upwards ) this will be determined once the basket is selected for payment. If the parcel is larger than Royal Mail maximum size and weight of 2K we will send using an appropriate carrier who handles larger parcels. This could be DHL, Hermes, etc.
International Delivery. Please note- Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. Customs will contact you the recipient to collect payment before the goods are released. International purchases will be sent out using the cheapest and most reliable service option for said country. All parcels will be Tracked + Signed for, so each parcel will require a signature on delivery + online confirmation.
Packaging. We pack our products using Eco friendly packaging, cardboard boxes, paper tape, shredded cardboard and Bio Degradable packing. We may re-use a box and use magazines to protect your items in transit, this is our attempt to lessen the impact on the environment and use paper and cardboard wherever possible, We ask that you re-use or dispose of responsibly.
Returns. We hope you are very happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not happy please follow the returns process. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods, using email, please see Contact. Goods must be returned to us in the same condition, unused and in the same packaging within 10 days of receipt. If item is faulty the cost of return postage will be met by us, otherwise it is the customers cost and we recommend you use a reputable carrier and use registered postage as proof, any loss or damage to goods in transit is your responsibility.
