Having always loved photography from editorial work to striking photojournalism, we are so happy to debut the work of our new artist Carolina Sepulveda. A photographer originally from Portugal, now residing in Manchester, she began to explore photography around the age of 16, and started by taking shots of friends, helping them build better relationships with their bodies. At 18 years old she held her first exhibition of street photography, and started self publishing fanzines of her work and showing in exhibitions all over Portugal. With a wandering spirit she moved around a lot, and in 2019 decided to come to Manchester for the first time and feel in love, so in love that she stayed. Carolinas work is compelling, she captures moments in time, making the mundane joyous and beautiful. The series of work we are debuting is titled THE WEST END OF EUROPE, a collection of limited edition diptych photographs, studying moments in her travels.
